Recently on an online community, a picture of a book found in Japan titled, “SHINee Book?” was uploaded and has been gathering interest.
On the cover of this said book were the SHINee members in comic character form. Written in Japanese was “Brightly Shining, the Five Charming Members” There has been no confirmation whether this was a real published work or a fan-made book.

TVXQ, Super Junior, Big Bang and U-KISS Confirmed for A-Nation Concert in Japan
The annual A-Nation concert has confirmed that TVXQ (DBSK), Super Junior, Big Bang and U-KISS would be included in this year′s lineup.
The stadium festivals will be held on August 18 to 19 at Nagai Stadium in Osaka, and August 25 to 26 in Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo.
Each day will include performances by at least five acts.Representing K-Pop in Japan, DBSK will perform twice on Sunday, August 19 and Saturday, August 25. Super Junior will join DBSK on August 25. Big Bang and U-KISS are scheduled to leap on stage on Sunday, August 26.
The A-Nation concert has been hosted by Avex Group since 2002 and features Avex Group’s most successful acts.

Jang Keun Suk Sneaks into CD Stores and Buys His Albums
The Prince of Asia must really want his his new album to do well because he went inside a record shop and actually bought some himself.
On June 4, Jang Keun Suk posted a series of tweets that progressively showed him going into record stores and buying his album, even taking pictures next to giant cutouts of himself.
How did he manage it? He donned large sunglasses, a face mask and a camo hat - and apparently, fans didn′t recognize him at all, despite the fact that he stood by the many photos of himself, several times. Guess he just looked like a die-hard Jang Keun Suk fan? (Which, we know he totally is…)Jang Keun Suk tweeted, “Took a picture with Keun-chan at Shibuya’s Tower Record,” “Luckily got in without getting caught!” and “Just bought 50 copies of Jang Keun Suk’s first official album.”
The hallyu star went on to visit the record store in Tsutaya and of course, take pictures…with himself.source: Enews

Being covered on an entire page in a newspaper is big news, but for Jang Keun Suk, one page was not enough.
Instead, he took over eight.
An online community posted a photo titled, “This is Keun-Chan. Good luck to Jang Keun Suk’s Japanese Album.”
The posting showed eight-page advertisements for Jang Keun Suk’s new Japanese album, Just Crazy, including a life-size banner of Jang Keun SukAround 500,000 copies of the advertisements were created and distributed randomly in Asahi Shimbun’s prints. In order to get their hands on the limited edition Jang Keun Suk advertisements, fans lined up early in the morning to purchase the newspapers.
This was a first for an artist and confirmed Jang Keun Suk’s popularity in Japan.
After finishing up KBS’ Love Rain, Jang Keun Suk will be preparing for his upcoming 2012 Jang Keun Suk Asia Tour – The Cri Show 2 in July.

Following the success of Infinite’s much publicized The Mission tour, Infinite will be releasing the special showcase as a DVD in Japan.
To kick off the release of Infinite’s third mini album Infinitize, the members embarked on a special one-day, five-city tour on the day of the album’s release on May 15 in a special showcase called The Mission.The contents from the day’s showcase will be made into a three-disc DVD set, titled The Mission and will be released in Japan on July 11.
In addition to the day’s performances, the DVD will contain footage from behind the scenes, special ‘making-of’ footages as well as interviews and rehearsal footage.
A photo book containing images of the members and pictures from the showcase will also be included. -
2nd JuneJYP Artists to Hit Up Japan Again for ′JYP Nation′ Concert
JYP Entertainment has announced that it will be taking its JYP Nation concert to Japan for the second time on August 18.
The two-day JYP Nation in Japan concert will be held at the Yoyogi National Stadium in Tokyo on August 18 and 19.
Close to 12,000 fans are expected to fill the stadium on the first day, rounding out the total number of attendants to 24,000 by the large-scale event’s end.
JYP made the announcement at the end of 2PM’s 6 Beautiful Days concert at Tokyo’s Budokan on May 31 via an electronic display onstage.
Ticket reservations for the concert, which will feature artists Park Jin Young, 2PM, 2AM, Wonder Girls, miss A, San-E, Joo and rookie duo JJ Project, will open on June 5.

Boyfriend’s recent press conference in Japan drew buzz for the use of a ship and now, further details of the cruise ship used have emerged.
It was revealed that for Boyfriend’s May 28 press conference, the group utilized the help of a large-scale cruise ship.
The 1084-ton ship measures 70 meters long and 10.5 meters wide, and is covered with special images advertising the group. Jang Keun Suk Rises to No.1 on Oricon Charts with ′Just Crazy′
With the crazy amount of pre-orders, Jang Keun Suk’s new album has reached the top of the Oricon charts.
Released on May 30, Jang Keun Suk’s first full-length Japanese album Just Crazy took the number one spot on the Oricon Daily Chart just a day after its release. The album sold approximately 53,000 copies on the first day, raising him to the top of the list.It was also reported that even before the actual release date, 130,000 copies were pre-ordered and the album placed first on Japan’s Tower Records online sales.
When he heard about the record, Jang Keun Suk tweeted, “Hurray!! Oricon number 1! Our Unagis! (Eels/What Jang Keun Suk calls his fans) Thank you! Show me more unagi power!” He also posted a screen shot of the record on his phone.This is not the first time Jang Keun Suk has placed first on the Oricon charts, as he placed in both the daily and weekly charts last April with his debut single Let Me Cry,
This new album contains a total of 11 tracks, including self-composed Stay and Korean song, In My Dream.
Jang Keun Suk has just completed filming for KBS’ Love Rain, which aired its final episode on May 29, and is preparing for his ‘2012 Jang Keun Suk Asia Tour The Cri Show 2’ in Seoul, Japan, Shanghai, Taiwan, and Thailand in July.

Jang Keun Suk has released his first full-length Japanese album.
Just Crazy was released on May 30 in Japan and the tracks off the album are already climbing charts.
The album has already reached over 130,000 copies in pre-order sales and has placed first on Japan’s Tower Record’s online sales.
The album contains a total of 11 songs including title song Crazy Crazy Crazy. Its other songs have already experienced widespread success with 200 miles serving as the opening theme song for the famous animation Fairy Tail and Bye Bye Bye as the commercial song for Seoul Makgeolli.As part of the promotions for Jang Keun Suk’s album, Japan’s largest video site, Niko Niko Live, aired a special broadcast, as part of Just Crazy’s release, for 24 hours from May 29 through May 30.
A special collaboration will also take place with the large-scale restaurant Blue Dragon Gate from May 29 through June 17.
Jang Keun Suk will also kick off his Asia tour 2012 Jang Keun Suk Asia Tour – The Cri Show 2 in July in Seoul before moving on to Japan, Shanghai, Taiwan, Thailand and more.Source: E news
