10th JuneJYJ’s Kim Jae Joong Loves Being with His Horse
JYJ member Kim Jae Joong loves his horse.
The singer-turned-actor is currently appearing in MBC’s Dr. Jin as the officer Kim Kyung Tak. His role gives him more horse-riding scenes than any other actor, drawing him considerably closer to his horse.Whenever he’s on a break, he’s often seen with his horse, combing and styling (?) the horse’s mane. The staff always bursts into laughter at his lovey-dovey antics with his horse, which brighten the mood on set.
An official of Dr. Jin said, “Kim Jae Joong is hitting obstacle after obstacle every episode because his character was born out of wedlock, but in real life he’s popular among the actors and staff for his sincere attitude and friendly personality. He also makes everyone laugh with his off-the-wall acts, so he’s called the endorphin on set.”
The fourth episode of Dr. Jin, which aired on June 3, ended with a conflict close to breaking point between the doctor Jin Hyuk (Song Seung Hun) and Kim Kyung Tak regarding Hong Young Rae (Park Min Young), who left for a village suffering from a mysterious disease.

5th JunePark Yoo Chun Dreams of Going to Cannes with Park Yoo Hwan
Park Yoo Chun said he dreams of walking the red carpet of Cannes with his brother Park Yoo Hwan in a recent interview with enews.
To a question asking whether he has anything he dreams of doing, he answered, “I want to go to the Cannes Film Festival with [Park] Yoo Hwan. This is my next goal for now.”

5th Junelee seung kilee min jungDramakorean dramaactorActresskorean entertainmentvariety showKBS2Lee Min Jung Wants Lee Seung Gi on ‘Big’
Lee Min Jung wants Lee Seung Gi in her drama. As the lead actress of KBS2’s Big, Lee Min Jung tried to ask Lee Seung Gi to appear as a cameo in the drama.
In an interview with KBS2’s Entertainment Weekly aired on June 2, Lee Min Jung said cutely to a question asking who she wants as a cameo, “I hope Lee Seung Gi will appear in our drama.”
Although it seems implausible at first, her wish may not be as out of reach as it seems. The main reason Lee Seung Gi may show up on the drama is because Big is by the Hong Sisters. Lee Seung Gi starred in the Hong Sisters’ SBS drama My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, and actually appeared as a cameo in the Sisters’ follow-up piece, MBC’s The Greatest Love.
His role at the time was the ‘little Dokko Jin’, MC of the variety show ‘Strongest Heart’.
When Dokko Jin (Cha Seung Won) said, “If you let Gu Ae Jung appear as a guest on your show, I’ll never touch your refrigerator commercials,” he answered boldly, “Hey, I’m Lee Seung Gi. Refrigerators are mine.”
They continued to fight a war of nerves with each other, but when people came close after recognizing them as celebrities, they turned around and flashed smiles as if nothing had happened.
As such, Lee Seung Gi may as well be making an appearance on Big.
The only problem is that his cameo appearance in The Greatest Love had been confirmed before the drama started shooting, but for Big, the love call came suddenly.
But considering how Lee Seung Gi is close not only with the Hong Sisters but also Lee Min Jung, thanks to commercial shoots, the wish still isn’t too far-fetched. Lee Seung Gi’s ultra-busy schedule seems to be the only thing standing in the way.
KBS2’s Big is gathering attention as the Hong Sisters’ comeback piece, and is a romcom about a perfect man with a teenage soul and his awkward schoolteacher fiancée.
The drama will air its first episode on June 4 starring Gong Yoo, Lee Min Jung and Suzy.

5th JuneKim Hyun Joong Sells Drama Overseas Even Before Shooting Starts
Kim Hyun Joong again proved he ruled Asia by selling his drama for more than 1 million won. City Conquest, Kim Hyun Joong’s next piece, has been gathering interest from buyers around the world.
A rep from Kim Hyun Joong’s agency Key East said on May 4, “Currently, we’ve earned sales of 10 million dollars. These contracts prove how popular Kim Hyun Joong is in Asia. It’s very encouraging that even before the actual shoot started, such a feat was made possible due to Kim Hyun Joong being cast for the drama.”MBC’s Playful Kiss, which Kim Hyun Joong starred in for 2010, was sold to a total of 11 Asian countries, and broke records of Korean drama prices in many of them including Thailand and the Philippines. Expectations are thus also high for Kim Hyun Joong’s first small screen comeback in two years, City Conquest.
Baek Jin Dong, head of the production company for City Conquest, said, “We’ve confirmed contracts with great terms adding up to approximately 10 million dollars in Japan, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, bringing on the Kim Hyun Joong effect. City Conquest is about the main character Baek Mir, who grew up hating his father for abandoning himself and his mother, and who tries to get revenge on social evils that drove his family to collapse.”
“Kim Hyun Joong will be taking on the Baek Mir role, a character completely different from his previous image. Baek Mir will be like a wild horse that had to get through rough times, but weakens in the face of love,” added Baek Jin Dong.
Director Shin Je Kwang of Key East said, “Despite the fact that he’s still in the middle of his fanmeeting tour, Kim Hyun Joong is training hard in acting in order to meet expectations both inside and outside the country. Please show him your support so that he can come back as a better actor.”
City Conquest plans to finish making its casting decisions soon, and will start shooting on locale in Japan from early July.

31st MaySNSD Seohyun Replaces Shin Se Kyung in ‘Fashion King’ Bootleg
SBS’ Fashion King ended on May 22 and already bootleg copies of the drama are appearing, but the main character of the drama was not who everyone expected.
A picture titled ′Bootleg DVD Drama Fashion King′ has been floating around on various online community channels, making netizens burst into laughing.
The reason was because the other actors of the drama, Yoo Ah In, Lee Je Hoon and SNSD’s Yuri were rightfully shown, but instead of Shin Se Kyung, the protagonist of the drama, on the cover of the bootleg series was none other than Girls’ Generation (SNSD) Seohyun, who had nothing to do with the drama.
Netizens are wondering if it is due to Shin Se Kyung′s lack of popularity in China, where the bootleg was being sold.
Netizens, who saw the photo, commented, “Why is Seohyun there? Where’s Shin Se Kyung?” “Seohyun sort of looks like Shin Se Kyung,” and “Is the person who made the cover a Seohyun fan?”source: e news
